February General Membership Meeting

This is a hybrid meeting. We will be in person at CUPE 4156 (2601 Hwy #20, Fonthill) and on Zoom.

Everyone is required to register before the deadline/cut off, whether you are attending in person or online.

The deadline for the meeting registration and for voting eligibility is MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2nd at NOON.

We have elections and the Election Committee needs time to prepare the electronic voting platform and ballots before the meeting. We also need to ensure that we have enough meeting packages printed off for those attending in person and enough seating available. If you register after the noted cut off date, you will not receive an electronic ballot. Delegates who arrive in person without registering before the noted cut off date will not receive an electronic ballot.

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Agenda items include Elections for Executive Board Positions and one trustee:

President
Vice President
Secretary Treasurer
Recording Secretary
Equity Officer
Three Members at Large
One Trustee (term ending 2028)
